Birth Preparation & Holistic Induction

This is a gentle and safe way to prepare for birth. We use natural and complimentary ways to attempt a natural onset of labour, holistic and traditional methods that work with your body's natural flow.
We focus on reducing stress and anxiety to decrease levels of cortisol and adrenaline and in turn promote the production of the natural feel good hormone oxytocin, essential for labour to begin and establish.
We aim to provide a balance to the body's structures within the pelvis, making space for baby to move into an optimal birthing position and down into the pelvis. Our work encourages baby to move into an optimal position from breech presentation or posterior positioning and provide instruction for partners to continue these techniques in the last weeks of pregnancy and to support their partner during labour.
Techniques used:
